We primarily process our shipments through third-party carriers. India Post is a Government body, and we also work with other well-established private carrier companies.

Delivery Time

The delivery time varies based on the location. We will provide an estimated delivery time during the checkout process.

Address Requirements

Users must provide a complete and accurate address for shipping. We cannot guarantee delivery if the address is incomplete or incorrect.

Liability

Taiyari Karlo is not fully responsible for products that are lost or damaged during shipping.

Return Policy

Books

Returns for books and educational products are valid only under the following conditions:

1. The delivered product is not the same as the ordered product. In such cases, the product must be returned to us for verification.
2. The product is fully damaged or lost during shipping.

For eligible returns, users must report to us within 7 calendar days of receiving the product.

Courses/Tests/Ebooks

For digital products like Courses, Tests, and Ebooks, we generally do not offer returns. Please review your selection carefully before making a purchase.

Refund Policy

Deductions

If a return is approved, we will deduct the shipping charges for both sides and refund the remaining amount.

Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Banking Charges

Users are responsible for their own banking charges related to the return. These charges are non-refundable.

Number Change Policy

If you have purchased two courses on the same number, you have 7 calendar days to request a number change. Requests made after 7 days will not be considered.
